From handcrafted lunches to homemade dinners to fun interactive cooking classes, Fanfare is your resource for all things FOOD.  Specializing in one-of-a-kind gourmet sandwiches,  I add unique flare to your everyday fare.  Forget the turkey on white and let me take you into a world where Balsamic Fig Jam meets Orange-Whipped Goat Cheese.  This is not your typical catering company, this is an “ENTREE-preneur“on a mission to nourish the stomachs and hearts of Wilmington, North Carolina.  All meals can be customized according to likes, dislikes, and dietary restrictions.  Ingredients are all locally sourced as much as possible and all dishes are created from scratch with flavor and health in mind.  Need an extraordinary lunch for your office or group event?  Check out the full lunch menu here.
